Antennas and Propagation

        It is a web page made by me and Cätälin Barcäu for the Student's Communication Session (Bucharest, may 2001). We won the second place out of 23 works. You can find basic things about different types of antennas and you will find with 3 interesting applets.

InterSCAN

   This is a program made in Visual C++.  It scans from a  scanner connected to the computer, and process the scanned image (some special samples from a lab).

   Developed in a team of four students, for the course "Advanced Software Engineering".  We  made  the help and  a  little brochure ("Operating Guidelines and Instalation Guide") for users.

 

Job Manager

        A program written in Java, it is managing 5 threads (2 of them together). It can do some simple jobs, like working with a pocket calculator, an interactive calendar, sorting of arrays...

 

Passband Filter

      I made this project for the course " Digital Signal Processing". It is a passband filter, for signals stored in .wav or .mat format.  I worked in MATLAB 6.  You can load  a file and  apply on it a filter (IIR or FIR types). Ofcourse, the upper and lower limits are adjustable.You can also view the filter's characteristics and play the initial and the filtered sound.

 

Voltage Stabilizer

 

      This is the scheme of a voltage stabilizer, with variable voltage output (7.5 - 10 V)  and overload protection. Made for "Electronic Devices and Circuits" course, I made the simulation in Electronics Workbench. I specified all discrete elements (types and values)  and I  computed  some currents for checking the proper functioning.
